We will assess your business needs and give you two solutions on how to accomplish your business desires.  This includes research time and trying to find the best deal for you.  If you choose one of ur solutions this fee will be waived and you only pay your solution price.

Diagnostic...$50
Have a computer that has a problem?  Don't know what the problem is?  Let us check it out for you.  Once we determine the problem we will let you know our solution to fix it.  If you choose our solution this fee will be waived and you only pay for time spent working on the computer and any parts requried.  This requires you to bring your computer to our location.

On-Site Diagnostic...$75
If you need a diagnostic checkup on-site let us know and we'll gladly send a teach to check your equipment.  This fee is waived if you choose our solution.  You will only pay for time spent on-site and any parts required.

On-Site Tech Support...$85 per hour
Computer down at work?  Having problems receiving e-mail or printing?  Contact CyberLance Solutions and we will send a tech over to fix your problems.

Workbench Work...$65 per hour
Bring your computer to us and we will assess and fix any of your problems.  Your data is important to us and we will back it up before we make any changes.

Operating System Re-Install...$250
Most problems can be fixed by re-installing the Operating System.  Bring your computer to us and we will perform the required re-install and include any software you bring us as well.  You must own the software to be installed.  We will not accept copies of the software, you must have an original CD.

Virus Disinfection...$150
Sometimes your computer picked up some nasties while on the Internet.  Bring it to us and we will clean it up for you to the best of our abilities.  Because of the nature of viruses we cannot guarantee this will always work and we will recommend a complete Operating System Re-Install if the operation is not successful in the first hour.

Hardware Upgrade...$50 per part (RAM counts as 1)
Need a memory upgrade?  Have a new part that needs to be installed?  Bring it to us and we will quickly and efficiently install your hardware.  If you do not have the part we can also order it for you and install it when it comes in.  We will make sure the part works and has no conflicts with the OS or other hardware.
